Mediums/Varnishes

Mild oil for graphic techniques as convex and concaveto be mixed with the inks according to the viscosity required. Increases the transparency and enhances their gloss.

Graphite oil for graphic techniques. Particularly suitable for gravure printing of copper, stalactite, dry needle, mezzotine etching, aquatint or vemis mou. Used to dilute the ink cartridges and reduce their consistency. Increases the drying time of the ink.

It should be applied in thin coats using a brush. May be used also as ground for aquatint or as retouching varnish. It should be used as soon as it is dry.
