Schmincke

All 15 colours and 2 effect colours are formulated on a gum arabic base. They contain high-quality organic and inorganic pigments and are characterised by particularly good lightfastness (at least 4-5 stars) and a unique depth of colour. All colours can be used directly, can be mixed with each other and thinned with water. The optimum open times allow perfect finish, the print has sharp contours and an even result. The aqua LINOPRINT colours dry within 15 minutes to be wipe-proof but not waterproof and can be overprinted if necessary.

Genuine Artists´ Bronzes, are formulated based on real metal pigments for painting techniques in water-colour/Gouache colours. 5 colours are available: rich gold, rich pale gold, pale gold, copper and silver. Schmincke Genuine Artists' Bronzes contain bronze or aluminium pigments. Therefore they are very light fast, more opaque and more brilliant than other metallic effect colours made of pearl lustre pigments. Only suitable for indoor objects!For glossy metal effects in Gouache- or water-colour paintings on less absorbent surfaces such as paper, cardboard, painting board or canvas (not suitable for gypsum, metal or plastic!). Handling: Mix required quantity of Aqua-Bronzes shortly before application with little water on a palette. Can further be diluted with water. The amount of added water influences the opacity and gloss of the colour.

Finest artists’ resin-oil colours . Schmincke Mussini oil colour are unique throughout the world for their use of natural resin binders, instead of conventional oil binders. This allows for more luminous, stable colours. The recipe of Mussini oils in based on the oil paint formulations of the Old Masters. There are 108 colours in the range, including 7 gold shades. All of these offer intense pigment saturation and maximum lightfastness. 64 of the shades are single pigment shades, which are particularly easy to use when colour mixing.

Natural Palembang-dammar. Selected very light pieces. For own production of oil painting mediums, tempera-emulsions and varnishes. Soluble in oil of turpentine and turpentine substitute.
