HORADAM® Aquarell 15ml

In order to achieve the highest standard regarding lightfastness, resolubility and stability, Schmincke's HORADAM® use the best raw materials available. There is no compromise in quality - the highest standards of artists' pigments allow the highest level of lightfastness. Schmincke's HORADAM® binding medium is Kordofan Gum Arabic from the Sahara region, due to it differing from year to year it is tested and the best of the batch is selected to used with their pigments. They use an optimal amount of oxgall to avoid undesired coloured formations and undissolved pigment, allowing the perfect flow of colour.

Schmincke Gesso-Primer 750ml

Forms a white, semi-opaque, matt and elastic film; light-resistant and non-aging. Technique: oil, acrylics, gouache Application: gesso-primer is ready for use, may be thinned with water (max. 10 %) and should be applied 2-3 times with a brush on the surface. The temperature of the object should not be less than 8°C

Schmincke Linolprint binder "ready-to-use" 120ml

Ready-to-use binder for easy grinding of sharpcontured linoprint colours in combination with Schmincke pure artists´ pigments. Dilutable with water; dries to a wiping resistant film, but remains water-soluble.

Acrylic structuring paste

An extra light acrylic paste with a firm, very heavy consistency. Dries up to a white, matt, even surface with a stronger absorbent character. Ideal for structural effects also on flexible substrates, e.g. canvas. The low weight of this paste makes it ideal for large surfaces. Dries quicker than the other acrylic pastes.

Schmincke Crackling paste, 300ml

For crackles in acrylics. This fine, white, even and highly absorbent acrylic paste forms crackles while drying. Can be dyed with acrylic colours (max. 30%) or be overpainted after drying. Application with brush or spatura on grease free, sustainable and especially rigid surfaces.

Oil primer / Underpainting white, 120 ml

A warm, white oil colour based on linseed oil for the first layers in oil paintings. Fast drying. Minimizes cracking of colored shades in upper layers. Not for pure use or for mixing – the product tends to yellow. Please use like a “normal” oil colour only on preprimed grounds.
