Forms a white, semi-opaque, matt and elastic film; light-resistant and non-aging. Technique: oil, acrylics, gouache Application: gesso-primer is ready for use, may be thinned with water (max. 10 %) and should be applied 2-3 times with a brush on the surface. The temperature of the object should not be less than 8°C

College® Acrylic includes 36 colours and is a solid basic assortment for price-conscious users, without renouncing the proven Schmincke quality “Made in Germany”. The colours have a good opacity or translucence, depending on the individual pigmentation. They can be mixed well with each other and with all other Schmincke acrylic colours, dry quickly and are waterproof when dry. It is easy to learn how to mix colours with the three primary colours of yellow, magenta and cyan, and countless additional colours can be created to complement the palette.

Ready-to-use binder for easy grinding of sharpcontured linoprint colours in combination with Schmincke pure artists´ pigments. Dilutable with water; dries to a wiping resistant film, but remains water-soluble.

An extra light acrylic paste with a firm, very heavy consistency. Dries up to a white, matt, even surface with a stronger absorbent character. Ideal for structural effects also on flexible substrates, e.g. canvas. The low weight of this paste makes it ideal for large surfaces. Dries quicker than the other acrylic pastes.

Acrylic paste of a tightly pasty consistency. Dries white and coarse to a less absorbent surface. For structuring, modeling guest designs, especially on rigid surfaces such as primed wood. The dried structures can be processed with very fine sandpaper or a knife. Diluent: water

A warm, white oil colour based on linseed oil for the first layers in oil paintings. Fast drying. Minimizes cracking of colored shades in upper layers. Not for pure use or for mixing – the product tends to yellow. Please use like a “normal” oil colour only on preprimed grounds.
