The 60 brilliant, intense and extremely lightfast colours form a sophisticated assortment that includes three shades of white and special effect colours (including gold, silver and neon colours). All the colours are created without cadmium pigments. Further advantages of this range are the completely waterproof drying, the long open time of the colours and a pleasant odour.

The basis range of AKADEMIE® Aquarell includes colours designed for students, comprising 24 highly concentrated watercolours (mostly 4 and 5 star lightfastness). High-quality artists' pigments and an optimum binder combination (natural gum arabic) guarantee brilliant mixtures and good applicability, even on softer watercolour papers.

The 36 colours of AKADEMIE® Oil color ensure brilliant results due to the many single-pigment colours, both directly used from the tube and as mixtures. The balanced and educationally practical range offers opaque and transparent colours . Natural sunflower oil ensures optimal drying and a smooth consistency.

The 48 colours of AKADEMIE® Oil color ensure brilliant results due to the many single-pigment colours, both directly used from the tube and as mixtures. The balanced and educationally practical range offers opaque and transparent colours and, as a particular feature, four different shades of white for different purposes (for mixing with graded brightening and as underpainting white). Natural sunflower oil ensures optimal drying and a smooth consistency.

Intermediate varnish for painting in oil. Colourless; non-yellowing; very fast drying; might soften justdried oil colours; should not be used in layers with other final based on mineral spirit (tends to dull!); not suitable as a final varnish; might not be diluted with turpentine substitute (50019); the dried varnish layer remains soluble in alcohol.

Adhesion promotor for collages with water-colours. Strew or press light materials like textiles, silk paper, pigments or sand into the wet medium. Remains water-soluble like a water-colour. May be used pure or tinted with water-colours. HINT: the product mixed with AQUA fix becomes waterproof.

Medium for water-colours. Increases the water resistance of the colour: avoids dissolving of the colour when painted in several layers and allows more possibilities for transparent painting. To be used for water-colour painting instead of water. Clean brush and palette thoroughly with water and soap immediately after use.
