Pebeo Cerne Relief outliners are used for creating cloisonné effects or lines to imitate enameling and stained glass effects. This thick, pasty paint is designed for use with both Pebeo Ceramic and Vitrail colors. Each 20 ml tube's fine applicator tip makes the finest of details a snap, and the paint is air dry! Allow at least thirty minutes' drying time before applying Pebeo colors.

With brush or sponde, for aging effects (old patina) on finished works, or also on paints, dyes and stain effects on wood, plaster, ceramic and MDF. Test berore using on other materials. For aging effects, mix with Acrilex Blending Gel, to retard the drying time and provide a better sliding of the brush. Shake before using. Water-soluble. Non-toxic. Ready to use.

Aging Patinas - a white spirit-based patina for creating patinas that imitate natural tarnishing. To achieve the aged effect, apply a thin layer of patina using a soft, but not fluffy, cloth, brush, or sponge. Best results are achieved when the items are first painted with a primer, e.g., metallic. The patina dries in about two days, and the item can be varnished if necessary. Also useful for aging frames or creating a shabby chic look.

Fabric glue to secure. Ready for use. Use with brush, applicator tip, 16812, to glue fabric to fabric. Seam finishes, Acrilex Acripuff, Acrilex Dimensional Colors, edges enhance fixation. Wash the fabric before use to remove residual starch. Do not use on synthetic fabrics, starched. Not resistant to repeated washings.
